GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Personal checks are not accepted. Approved payment methods are cash, credit or debit card, PayPal (includes fee), or Venmo
  • An optional allergy test (referred to as a "patch test") is available for any Permanent Makeup Services.  If a client wishes to have a patch test done, it is their responsibility to schedule it.  A patch test must be completed no less than one week before the actual service appointment.  If the client chooses not to have a patch test, they will sign a patch test waiver form on the day of their actual service appointment. PLEASE NOTE: allergic reactions can develop at ANY TIME, and a negative patch test does not guarantee a person will not have a reaction later.
  • ​Due to the extremely focused nature of our services,  no one other than the client may be in the treatment area during time of service.
  • There is no children’s area. Please arrange to have child care during  appointment.
  • Appointment times are long and must begin on time. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be cancelled so that the following appointments can start on time.  Please be respectful of others by being punctual.
  • ​24 hour cancellation policy: NO SHOWS and last minute cancellations will lose their deposit.

COVID-19 Guidelines

  • In accordance with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb's plan for reopening businesses, and with direct guidance from the La Porte County Health Department, my protocol for providing safe services and helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is as follows:   
  • "High risk" clients are encouraged to continue to shelter in place until it is no longer advised by our Governor.
  • ​​Clients MUST cancel/ reschedule their appointment if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including but not limited to fever or cough. If you are feeling ill, please stay home.  If you suspect you may have been exposed, please stay home. 
  • There is only 1 client in the studio at a time.  We ask that clients do not bring additional people with them to their appointment as they cannot be allowed in at this time
  •  All touchable surfaces are thoroughly sanitized/ disinfected between appointments
  •  A hand-washing station is readily available for client's use in the studio
  • ​​Hand sanitizer is readily available for client's use in the studio
  • Together we will safely get through this trying time.  We are thankful for your cooperation and for the privilege of serving you
